Canine Career CenterBeginners Obedience:
Beginners is for dogs over the age of
6 months. They will be taught sit, down, come, stay, and how to walk properly
on a leash. all Classes will learn everything needed to take a CGC Test.
we also give a CGC test at the end of each session!

Novice Obedience
Novice class is for those who are interested in sharpening up their obedience skills or working towards entering into obedience trials. This class will also work on Rally skills.

Beginner Rally:
In Rally class you will lean the basic signs involved in rally obedience. The dog and handler team move continuously through a rally course of 10-20 signs with the dog at the handler's left side. At each numbered sign they perform the indicated exercise then move to the next sign. Unlimited communication is encouraged - the handler can talk to the dog and give multiple commands and signals. Open & Utility:
This class is taught by Greta Marchus and Connie Neibecker. This class is less formal and does not follow a set pattern every week. The dogs are instructed in basic open work through utility. Utility dogs are kept up to date for UDX completion.
